No, I didn't get the steam version to install mods that don't run with the gog version. You implemented mods asap after getting the steam version? if yes have you tryed if you "bugs" (read: self induced problems by using mods) also happen when you started the steam version as a fresh vanilla install (read: unmodded at all)
